The Company was founded in 2007 (under the name of BR & BC Consulting Limited t/a Vita Consulting) and focused on providing Professional Consulting Services to a wide variety of Corporate Organisations as well as providing HR related services to individuals seeking advice.

The Brand of Vita was developed out of the idea that the company could focus on developing a client’s Curriculum Vita as a personalised service. We have identified the market that we know about the most, the one that we are passionate about – Chinese Professionals

We value kindness – we will support you throughout your journey Vita Consulting is a professional job searching consulting and training company in New Zealand. Our clients are predominantly Chinese. So far, more than 90% of our clients have successfully found good roles that are related to what they wanted. Most importantly, we provided our clients with continued support to ensure that they have understood the KPI’s that have been set by their new employers. This ensured that they successfully achieved the goals set so that their contracts are confirmed after the probationary period.

We believe in controlling the “control-ables”. Based on clients’ individual qualifications, backgrounds and career objectives, we design personalized consulting programmes for their needs and use a one-on-one coaching model. We assist our clients to do a personal SWOT analysis and take advantage of our professional expertise and resources to provide job consulting and relevant help.
